Net absorption continued to lag behind new completions for the fifth quarter in a row. New completions and net absorption were down this quarter from last. Industrial vacancy now stands at 4.8%, 0.4-points higher than last quarter and 1.3-points higher than one year ago. Industrial asking rents decreased by $.02 to $.80 psf NNN. This is $.04 higher than one year ago.
